Columbus, Ohio manufacturing company is currently seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to fill an interesting and fast-paced position as a Customer Account Coordinator.

You must be professional, friendly, flexible, and detail oriented; able to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Experience working with customers and/or vendors required.

 

Job Description

  • Manage corporate customer accounts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
    • Process and confirm orders
    • Resolve problems associated with orders
    • Monitor inventory levels
    • Answer customer questions and concerns
    • Manage artwork process and timeline for new projects
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Place and track orders
  • Expedite orders as needed
  • Resolve problems
  • Software skills required
    • MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Peachtree/Sage or QuickBooks experience is preferred
  • Personal skills required
    • Must have excellent attention to detail
    • Customer focused and friendly
    • Strong multitasking ability
  • Additional desirable skills
    • Experience with shipping, trucking, customs documents
    • Experience working with packaging artwork
